By downloading, installing, or using Toy Tales ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Toy Tales is a mobile application that generates narrated stories from photos of toys. The App uses artificial intelligence to analyze toy images and create personalized children's stories.

Your privacy is our top priority. Photos you take or select are processed in real time and are NEVER stored on our servers. Images are analyzed temporarily by our AI service solely to identify the toys in the photo, and are immediately discarded after analysis. No copies are retained.

Story generation requires credits. Credits can be purchased through in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the app store's refund policy.

The App is designed for families. Children should use the App under parental or guardian supervision.

You agree not to:

• Upload photos that contain inappropriate or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or tamper with the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

Stories generated by the App are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. The App, its design, code and branding remain the intellectual property of Toy Tales.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toy Tales shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
